Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager of Network Operations is responsible for carrying out the overall administrative operations for St. David's provider networks (Capital Area Providers, St. David's Care Partners, and St. David's Care Partners ACO) including practice relations and payer relations. Responsible for oversight of the payer credentialing requirements, operations meetings, and relations to ensure success with provider networks. Manage administrative responsibility for the St. David's physician networks, foster collaborative relationships, and lead key day-to-day obligations with external clients (physician practice account management, payer relations, provider communication, and governance coordination.)

• You will collaborate with the Director of Network Management and Vice President to manage physician network operations and key initiatives.

• You will manage the credentialing process for contracts with delegated credentialing Maintain network rosters.

• You will assist in facilitating Board, Committee, and sub-group meetings, internal senior leadership meetings, and other related operations activities.

• You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop project plans; drive results and revise plans as appropriate while maintaining linkage between projects, business needs, and priorities.

• You will assist with Distribution Methodology development and budget development under the director of the Vice President.

• You will oversee the Accounts Payable function, and cash flow management, and perform bank reconciliation for all payer contracts.

• You will develop and distribute contract summary guide for preparation for physician members

• You will coordination of all technology solutions and related databases Other duties as determined and assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Progressive success leading clinical, administrative or finance-related functions within value-based care

• Ability to think strategically, implement plans and manage performance expectations

• Ability to assess competing priorities, manage workflow and meet operational deadlines in a complex organization

• Excellent interpersonal skills, as demonstrated by the ability to work effectively with physician partners, individuals and/or teams, across disciplines

• Proven verbal and written communication skills, comfort in presenting complex material to a variety of audiences

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Familiarity with EMR, CRM and business analytics software.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Master's degree preferred

• Experience with Medicare program management, health plan leadership or development, or provider contract management will be highly valued Intellectual curiosity and persistence, and creativity in problem solving

• Desire to work in and lead a highly matrixed and collaborative environment, requiring transparency and teamwork to accomplish nearly all tasks

• Ability to understand physician practice or insurance carrier business issues

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with a cross-functional team
