  • Days Mount Sinai International, LLC ("MSI") has created a line of consulting, education, training and clinical services (knowledge transfer -- "KT") and co-branded products and services whereby it seeks to leverage the collective expertise and experience of the Mount Sinai faculty and staff and the intellectual property with respect to protocols, policies and procedures and provide medium and long-term collaborative relationships with external clients across the globe. These programs provide the opportunity for increased revenue to the institution through targeted consulting engagements with public and private institutions abroad.

    MSI is responsible for implementing, managing and growing these strategic international relationships. Reporting to the Director, Mount Sinai International, the Manager will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and managing select projects, relationship workstreams, and departmental initiatives, including revenue/expense tracking, contact management, and external outreach. The Manager must be familiar with different healthcare delivery systems and cultures, a creative problem-solver, and possess exceptional team and interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities Coordinates and manages projects to support Mount Sinai International and its clients, ensuring that goals or objectives of the project are achieved successfully, on time, and within budget. Project management activities include, but are not limited to:

    Development and communication of project plans and timelines, using tracking and reporting tools and dashboards.

    This also includes: Creation of a knowledge transfer (KT) schedule Supporting the implementation of the KT schedule by Mount Sinai faculty and staff Tracking and recording the outcome of KT visits Ensures that all stakeholders are actively engaged Proactively identifies issues and creatively generates solutions and adaptions to ensure project success Manages internal and external meetings, including planning and scheduling, as well as development of agendas and meeting minutes, and deliverables tracking Developing suggestions to improve and enhance client deliverables Performs strategic analyses to enhance market intelligence and support Mount Sinai International needs, including the developing and maintaining assessments by geographic region, relationship type, and relationship owner(s) Conducts feasibility studies and financial analyses to drive decision-making.

    Coordinates and supports departmental initiatives, including:

    Project and Team meetings Revenue and Expense, A/R, Invoicing, Internal Reimbursement Tracking Contract management Team Travel Policies and Procedures Presentations Works closely with internal departments, and serves as a liaison on project and departmental related issues and initiatives Maintains high level, effective working relationships across the institution to foster growth of Mount Sinai International, including departmental administrative, clinical leadership and relevant medical staff Improves internal and external business processes to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of Mount Sinai International and the client experience. Designs and implements tracking methods for internal processes and controls. Conducts ad hoc analyses and prepares presentations for special projects for Mount Sinai International Where appropriate, manages staff and has responsibility for performance management and results of the assigned areas Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelors degree required Masters degree (MBA, MPA, MHA) preferred 3-5 years minimum of relevant experience - ideally with an emphasis on healthcare / international / business development MS Office Skills-Advanced International travel required Non-Bargaining Unit, M4W - Mount Sinai International

The salary range for the role is $82400 - $146000 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need.
