We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue our growth and success. Position Summary The Administrative Manager will be crucial in overseeing the financial operations of Ink Monstr, ensuring efficient workflows, compliance, and strong client interactions.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a robust background in financial management and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and eager to learn industry-specific software such as ShopVox. Key Responsibilities Financial Operations Management:

Oversee invoicing, accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and reconciliation processes. Utilize QuickBooks Online for precise financial tracking and reporting. Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments to maintain cash flow.

Manage sales tax filing and payments for Colorado at both city and state levels. Assist with Software Onboarding and Management: Help implement and manage new software solutions tailored for the print industry, including ShopVox for workflow and invoicing management.

Assist in review and set-up software processes and needs as the company evolves. Understand how applications integrate with Quickbooks. (ie, Shopvox, Melio, Rewind) Payroll and Human Resources Oversight: Manage payroll processes with the support of an outsourced payroll company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Oversee HR matters, including workers' compensation, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations. Develop and maintain employee handbooks and benefit packages that support company culture and employee well-being. Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular financial and operational reports for management review. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern. Review financial data to contribute to end-of-year tax planning.

Compliance and Best Practices: Collaborate with the company accountant to ensure all financial practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting regulations affecting the print industry.

Annual review of General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance policies Qualifications Proven experience (3 years) in office management. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Understanding of Colorado sales tax laws and compliance Experience in payroll management and HR practices.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Resourceful. Know when and how to leverage provided resources and supporting roles to achieve a successful outcome efficiently
