Responsibilities

The person selected for this position will:

  • Be responsible for supervising and managing the personnel, payroll, supply requisitioning, and other administrative activities.

  • Supervise the daily processing of payroll, personnel, and other administrative documents.

  • Form and maintain effective relationships with peers, subordinates, management, and other Regional Census Center employees.

  • Identify and resolve problems and clearly communicate the action associated with the encountered problems.

  • Prepare, review, and analyze staffing and payroll reports and assure the administrative operations are conducted within prescribed time schedules.

  • Oversee payroll and personnel activities, helps maintain the flow and quality of work to meet deadlines.

  • Request the approval of supply and material equipment as needed to ensure continuity of office operations.

  • Assist in setting up and closing the office, assuring minimal waste of excess supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have one year specialized experience for this position that includes training and delegating work to subordinates. Experience overseeing and providing guidance directly to staff. Experience working in a team environment to negotiate with others in order to secure support from multiple businesses and organizations. Experience communicating verbally and in writing with diverse populations. Experience setting priorities; and developing, monitoring, and/or analyzing detailed program/project requirements and implementation schedules. Experience reviewing staffing and payroll reports. Experience overseeing personnel and payroll programs and keep inventory of supplies and equipment. Experience maintaining records and creating an organized system to maintain the flow and quality of work to meet deadlines

OR

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in any area with Superior Academic Achievement OR one full year of graduate education directly related to the position.

VIEW JOBS 11/17/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-15T00:00 Overview The Digital Ad Operations Director will provide leadership for IMG College's digital ads support team and strive to ensure flawless ad execution across IMG College's digital media properties. This position requires a deep understanding of digital advertising technology, and a high-level of creativity which is needed to craft workflow and optimization solutions. In addition, the director must possess knowledge in the following areas: video, display advertising, attribution, ad verification and viewability standards. The position will be a member of the Digital and Social team. The team's primary focus is assisting IMG College's local and national sales teams generate digital and social media revenue. In addition, the team manages a variety of operational tasks in support of university partner websites and mobile applications. Responsibilities * Oversee IMG College's digital ad operations across its university partner websites/apps and the Digital Fan Network (DFN) * Manage workflow of ad operations team, while leading optimization initiatives to streamline processes and approaches * Collaborate with IMG College's local and national sales teams to optimize digital ad campaigns and manage inventory * Responsible for overseeing the successful launch and delivery of all digital media for advertisers, ensuring revenue commitments are met and client service expectations are exceeded * Ensure all digital campaigns are measured and optimized against client performance goals * Develop processes and technical solutions to report upon client performance * Augment processes, documentation, and training programs that are focused on campaign launches, mid-flight optimizations and troubleshooting * Manage and train the ad ops manager as well as IMG College's digital points of contact on digital campaign fulfillment and optimization practices * Manage relationship with 3rd party ad serving partner(s), staying abreast on the latest trafficking solutions and certification processes * Resolve any escalated campaign management issues, including reporting discrepancies * Assess and improve performance of ad units and placements against revenue goals through analysis of ad serving metrics * Assist in the deployment of programmatic ad serving on the network * Manage the trafficking, testing and implementation of ad campaigns and pixel tags as needed * Assist in the evaluation of new technologies, market trends and industry best practices * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree * Minimum 8+ year in digital operations, account service and campaign management * 5+ years of team management experience * Programmatic experience required * Working knowledge of campaign reporting, inventory forecasting and data visualization * Ability to scale, train, define and manage change of new processes and solutions across teams * Ability to explain technical material to a non-technical audience * Candidate should be driven, solutions focused, organized, have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and have excellent interpersonal communications and relationship building skills * Knowledge of and familiarity with college sports and sports terminology in general * High level of analytical and creative problem solving, questioning and feedback skills * Must be customer service oriented and have commitment to quality * Excellent skill level with Powerpoint and Excel, creating presentations and running reports * Must be proficient with javascript, iFrame, and other HTML coding as it relates to ad serving and pixel implementation * Must be proficient in ad server targeting methods EEO Statement IMG College is an affirmative action-equal opportunity employer.
