Responsibilities:
Assist with special events, projects and research relating to procedures, policies, customer service, surveys, maintenance, budgets, expenses, auditing, and miscellaneous reports
Data entry on internet sites and property management software for various properties
Organize reports and files for audits and record keeping
Assist with reviewing and making needed revisions to work orders on the property management and maintenance software for the properties up to and including completing the work orders.
Assist with organizing and maintaining the self-storage corporate files (including company server)
Other miscellaneous administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements:
Credit History, Background Check, and Drug Screening required
Self-starter and detailed oriented
Excellent people and organizational skills
Proficiency with the internet and computer skills
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Strong oral and written communication skills and a sincere desire to provide great customer service
Compensation:
Pay: $16.78 to $17.50 hourly
Flexible work schedule required (16 hours per week)
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
