Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as an Administrative Director at Behavioral Health Network! The Administrative Director maintains the overall administrative quality of the Crisis Program. The Administrative Director works collaboratively with Clinical Program Directors to identify staffing needs, recruit, screen, and hire program staff. The Administrative Director monitors and oversees scheduling for the Crisis program to ensure that all shifts within Crisis have adequate clinical coverage. The Administrative Director ensures scheduling, billing, and administrative programs adhere to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources.
BHN's Crisis Program provides 24/7 front-line response to individuals of all ages who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis, regardless of insurance. BHN provides services on a mobile basis, including home and community-based settings or in an emergency department when needed.
Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families, and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

The Administrative Director at Behavioral Health Network has the following qualities:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Healthcare management required.
Five years of experience in administration including three years in a supervisory capacity required.
Thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, the office equipment, recordkeeping systems, management information systems, and related protocols used in the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
