Assist the Director, Associate Directors and Center faculty. Organize Director and Associate Director's calendars and meeting schedules.
Manage correspondence. Coordinate travel arrangements for the Director, Associate Directors, faculty members and graduate students. Assist with various CB3-related meetings (scheduling, minutes, etc.). Provide administrative coordination for building, rooms, etc. as assigned.
Manage Center website, social media platforms and listserv accounts. Coordinate outreach events such as workshops, tours, meetings and special events. Maintain staff and project files. Other duties as assigned.
