Job Description:

This position will provide administrative and clerical support to the Chief Risk Officer and other Risk Management as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and prepare the completed Risk Committee Packets for the Board of Directors meetings throughout the year

  • Obtaining and delivering all correspondence with regulatory agencies

  • Coordinates the handling of regulatory affairs such as monthly list of 1st day letters and other requested items.

  • Maintain calendar of the EVP & Chief Risk Officer

  • Prepare for submission EVP & Chief Risk Officer's monthly expense reports

  • Coordinate travel arrangements as requested for EVP & Chief Risk Officer

  • Conduct research as needed on items

  • Prepare various reports as needed including for Board of Directors' meetings.

  • Attend meetings, take notes and prepare various meeting minutes in format for distribution.

  • Perform other administrative and support duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products

  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional working experience required.

  • Prior experience supporting a member of Executive Management highly desired

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality

  • Detail oriented and ability to demonstrate high level of quality in administrative Support

  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff throughout the Bank in a professional manner

  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment

Essential Functions:

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

This position will provide office support to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will: * Prioritize activity and workflow of the office including frequently handling confidential and sensitive information and interacting with key administrators, faculty, staff and or external contacts. * Manage and prioritize the calendar for the Associate Dean and others as assigned. * Gather and compile statistical data for fiscal and enrollment reports for the College, WVU and national surveys. * Review student academic progress for NCAA and financial aid audits. * Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. * Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems and follow-through with required paperwork to the accounting unit. * Prepare invoices, reports, memos and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet database. * Organize and coordinate the operational details of the College Honors Convocation and Commencement and other events as assigned. * Provide necessary assistance to the College Development Office in interactions with the College Alumni Association. * Provide necessary assistance for submission of student scholarships and implementation of the College enhancement grant programs. * Make travel arrangements and prepare travel reimbursement for various individuals in the Associate Dean's office. * Assist with other duties as assigned. Pay Grade: 15 * Bachelor's degree in office administration, business administration or any field related agriculture, natural resources or design. * At least (1) year of administrative experience is preferred. * Experience interacting with diverse groups that include undergraduate and graduate students. * Basic accounting and computer knowledge. * Ability to learn new processes. * Ability to prioritize tasks.
