The primary responsibility of the Administrative Coordinator, Recruiting is to provide overall administrative support to the Recruiting Team
Assist with creating and updating job descriptions and postings
Ensure all required paperwork is received by HR will all required approvals prior to posting
Manages the scheduling of interviews, including arranging candidate travel and lodging
Track recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
Conduct reference checks.
Assists with maintaining all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Track and coordinate background checks and pre-employment drug tests.
Assist with applicant paperwork
Assist with the On-boarding process: New Hire Orientation, IT Requests, New Hire paperwork
Assist with the setup, maintenance, and use of recruiters and staffing agencies.
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting events and activities as needed
Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
Participates in the interviewing process as requested
Acts as a resource for new employees as they transition into their roles
Manage the department's telephone center and address queries accordingly
Resolve applicant inquiries related to open position
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Jobvite highly beneficial
Working knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point.
Must maintain strict confidentiality.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent
