The primary responsibility of the Administrative Coordinator, Recruiting is to provide overall administrative support to the Recruiting Team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with creating and updating job descriptions and postings

  • Ensure all required paperwork is received by HR will all required approvals prior to posting

  • Manages the scheduling of interviews, including arranging candidate travel and lodging

  • Track recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report

  • Conduct reference checks.

  • Assists with maintaining all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

  • Track and coordinate background checks and pre-employment drug tests.

  • Assist with applicant paperwork

  • Assist with the On-boarding process: New Hire Orientation, IT Requests, New Hire paperwork

  • Assist with the setup, maintenance, and use of recruiters and staffing agencies.

  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting events and activities as needed

  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes

  • Participates in the interviewing process as requested

  • Acts as a resource for new employees as they transition into their roles

  • Manage the department's telephone center and address queries accordingly

  • Resolve applicant inquiries related to open position

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks while changing priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills

  • Self- Starter

  • Knowledge of Jobvite highly beneficial

  • Working knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point.

  • Must maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Ability to work effectively with other departments.

  • Relies on judgment and experience to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

This position collects and maintains the recruiting departments reporting and communication process. Provides detailed statistical analysis of our recruiting systems, Programs and hiring manager satisfactions results. The insight from this work will be used to drive recruiting investments and talent acquisition decisions, and asses and modify recruiting department programs. Responsibilities * Provides management support in the areas of department reporting, programs, metrics and advanced and predictive analytics. * Collects, analyzes, and communicates key recruiting statistics, such as time to fill, referral program results, cost summaries, program participation, and performance indicators * Supports such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications. * Drafts job descriptions and submit them to HR management for review and approval. * Develops and maintains internal job posting program. * Develops and maintains contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants. * Supports Internet online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates. * Coordinates temporary employee, internship, and volunteer staffing programs. * Supports new employee orientation programs. * Coordinates on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including job fairs, trade shows, and media presence. * Manages automated resume and applicant tracking systems. * Maintains data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires. * Prepares and analyzes statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover for compliance with legal regulations and with organization goals and policies. Qualifications * Associate's degree from a College or University or six months to one year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * May required to have a valid driver's license.
