The Administrative Coordinator provide support for Managers, responsible for, but not limited to the following duties: ?
Managing the day to day tasks of operations including technical support, data entry, preparation and distribution of documents and presentations, scheduling meetings and coordinating for special events, creating reports in Excel, managing inventory, and maintaining safety compliance. The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop, and familiar with how to maintain website information. The Administrative Assistant will be providing general administrative assistance such as answering the phones, document scanning, filing, and faxing.

Requirements

The Administrative Coordinator will have a strong communication skill set.
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

VIEW JOBS 12/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-13T00:00 <strong>Title: Product Coordinator<br /> Location: Vista, CA 92081</strong><br /> <strong>Salary:</strong> <strong>$16-$18 hourly</strong><br /> <strong>6 Month Contract with the possibility of conversion</strong><br /> <strong>M-F</strong><br />  <br /> <strong><span style="font-size:14px;">SUMMARY</span></strong><br /> The following responsibilities to be completed by the Product Coordinator include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for providing product development support to the Snorkel, Swim and Paddling Division, requiring excellent communication skills.  Must be proficient with PC operating system and programs, and be very detail oriented.  Experience with Photo-shop, Illustrator and basic knowledge of Solidworks is a plus – will be required to gain proficiency if not already experienced.  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be very organized and manage multiple tasks and/or projects. Typical functions would include managing product specifications, functional product testing, creating bills of material, component part number creation, sample organization and coordination, and various follow through activities to support product development.<br />  <br /> <strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br />   <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Responsible for finished goods product specification sheets for snorkeling and swim products. Each product configuration is considered either a make or buy item and require a specification or BOM. This document is to be created by this person, and communicated to the appropriate staff, either China office and/or directly to the factory who produces the product. For make items the specifications are communicated via ASI Bill of Materials (BOM). For buy items the specifications are communicated via manufacturing spec sheets.  </li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Responsible for documenting and maintaining accurate records of product case pack quantities, dimensions and weights.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Responsible for conducting quality and functional product testing using lab equipment.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Will assist with product specification drawings.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Must be able to lift product and boxes as needed to support sample inventory management and product testing.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Acts as liaison with our China office and vendors to communicate relevant compliance instructions (product labeling, etc.), as it relates to special make up finished products being prepared and shipped from company vendors, either as drop shipments direct to customers, or as “ready to go” items shipped to our warehouse.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Responsible for inspecting (first article process) all Finished Goods to ensure product specifications are being met then communicates corrective action reports or acceptance reports to the appropriate individuals or departments.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Must gain and communicate knowledge of company products and services.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Provides a high level of customer service to inside team – must have good communication skills.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Must have the ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced working environment</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">College degree preferred</li> </ul>  Please send your resume in a PDF or Word format for immediate consideration. <h2> </h2> Targetcw Vista CA
