Administrative Coordinator - Marketing
General Responsibilities (70%):
Assist in the monitoring of marketing projects and timelines. Assist in project development, implementation and support.
Manage marketing budget as requested, track expenses and request adjustments as indicated.
Track Marketing expenses utilizing tools provides and communicate expenses quarterly.
Utilize Fusion/Allocadia for Marketing expenses-generate requisitions, purchase orders and receive order when indicated and transmit to A/P for payment.
Provide support to Marketing Managers to properly track business performance, including sales volume, product mix, promotion impact and market share and tracking proof trials.
Manage inventory of marketing materials on-site and both print and promo E-Stores.
Assist in executing Trade Shows/VIPs as needed for Marketing Managers and other support functions including registration, payments, booth displays and sales materials.
Assist in creating or coordinating sales materials for marketing including sell sheets, brochures and/or coupons or promotional offerings. (in conjunction with IMC)
Additional Areas of Responsibilities (30%):
Takes initiative to run business (Dairy, Swine, Beef) efficiently in all administrative activities.
Prepares and communicates staff itineraries and activities calendar.
Coordinates arrangements for staff meetings both on-site and off-site and schedule webinars.
Coordinates new employee set up including internal system set-ups and equipment needs.
Performs office administrative duties to include assisting in creating communications, presentations and graphs for overall livestock business
Help communicate with Sales team
High school degree or GED.
Administrative or clerical experience preferred.
General understanding of accounting procedures and ability to manage pricing effectively.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to combine multiple sources of information to make daily business decisions.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and to set priorities.
Effective oral and written communication.
