What Will You Do?

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will support Account Executives in the coordination and development of insurance endorsements from local, state, regional, and national trade associations and buying groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing accurate and grammatically correct documents, bulletins, proposals, annual client reviews, quarterly strategy sessions, annual planning meetings, and correspondence.

  • Compile reports using multiple sources and systems.

  • Provide support to state and national association staff members by answering questions and providing information.

  • Coordinate meetings, conventions, trade shows, and other events including registration, ordering and distribution of supplies and displays, and coordination of travel arrangements.

  • Assists in maintaining key decision-maker and membership lists from every recommending affinity partner. This includes handling the appropriate communication and follow-up with the affinity partners and Account Executives; notifying others within Federated of any general information changes to the affinity partners; and verifying accuracy of imported information.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Prefer two years' work experience in a general business environment demonstrating strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to take direction from several people.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Proficient keyboarding and/or data entry skills.

  • Ability to retain confidential business and personnel information.

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
