We seek an experienced Administrative Coordinator to work at our client’s facility in Durham, NC. This position is a temp-to-hire position and an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to further their career with a global organization.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator

  • Operating the scales and weighing all incoming materials

  • Scheduling loads for shipment

  • Balances weights daily

  • Excellent communication with customers and suppliers

  • Assists with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

  • Performs clerical duties as assigned

  • Maintains accurate commercial driving records for the facility, including time logs, mileage, fuel, etc., as required

Requirements of the Administrative Coordinator

  • Associate’s degree (preferred)

  • Knowledge of and experience with accounting principles/practices, including invoice processing (required)

  • Knowledge of or experience in the trucking/logistics industry (preferred)

  • Microsoft Office experience - intermediate proficiency level in Excel (required)

  • Knowledge of UKG/Kronos, Coupa (preferred)

  • Customer service experience (required)

  • Ability to work as part of a team

Benefits and Pay of the Administrative Coordinator

  • Starting pay rate - $22.00/hour

  • Schedule: Monday- Friday from 8:00 am- 4:00 pm

  • Weekly pay

  • Excellent benefits package once hired by our client
