Job Summary: Serves as Administrative Coordinator screening and triaging calls and visitors demonstrating a commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction across all integrated Network Medical Staff offices.

Maintains the physician lounges insuring an adequate level of supplies and functionality of equipment. Maintains database and imaged files. Utilizes good judgment in planning work and completes all work with a high degree of accuracy.

Must be flexible to meet priorities and handle multiple tasks. Minimum Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent. # Five years work experience in a clerical or medical setting.

Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter and maintain strict confidentiality.

Must be able to complete multiple concurrent assignments with the ability to effectively prioritize.

Must exhibit diplomacy, positive customer service attitude, self-discipline and a commitment to Lehigh Valley Health Network vision. Ability to learn and adopt new technology and concepts into work process. Preferred Qualifications:
