  • Daily communication with vendors and shops for status and parts ordering with a focus on reducing vehicle downtime * Weekly inventory completion and daily comment updates/vendor board updates * Requires direct vendor contact both verbally and written * Make phone calls, send emails/faxes to Corporate and Licensee locations requesting documentation to resolve problems. * Manage incident report compliance and submit reports to claims management * Purchasing card receipt approving and reconciliation, as well as charging back to the proper location * Working reports * Daily updating of spreadsheets * Daily keying/scanning moves at start and end of shift * Communicate with locations as need to follow-up on Exchange Addendum Forms * Daily Fuel/Windshield/Tires/Tag and Registration ordering * Order supplies, uniforms, fuel, etc. * Process purchase orders then follow up with the receipt of goods * Arrange pick up of impounded or stranded vehicles * Maintain attendance records and time-off balances * Filing * Provides administrative support as needed * Assist with special maintenance and administrative projects when needed * Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager that will aid in operation efficiency and continuous improvementMandatory Requirements
