Responsibilities:

Take minutes of meeting, manage safety calendar, prepare agendas, maintain effective follow-up system, schedule training and submit completion records into HR Ad Hoc Learning Central. Update safety programs and support the safety committee.

Pick-Up Timesheets from supervisors; enter time into CATS, Investigate, resolve and process required corrections necessary towards resolving pay discrepancies. Perform delegate tasks on PCR/OCR for managers and supervisors. Maintain attendance tracking reports for the supervisors.

Create Requisition in SRM for materials, office supplies, hardware, contracts and change orders. Perform goods receipts, and resolve blocked invoices. Take minutes of meeting for Labor and Management Committee.

Sort and distribute pony express mail, arrange security access cards, coordinate catering and schedule meetings. Maintain and update QA and meter age tracking (gas and electric) reports. Reconcile c-card purchases, update org-chart, roster, monthly headcount and other administrative support as needed.

Other responsiblites inlude: * Maintain inventory accuracy by cycle counts and insuring correct transactions are completed. * Maintain production Master Data/Routing to ensure accurate transactions. * Support cross functional team with materials and product as required to meet current activities. * Assist production on final Inspection or final assembly process. Responsibilities * Strong understanding of inventory procedures, quality assurance, and inventory control management. * This position will require the individual to perform material movement in and out of production facility using an ERP system. * Maintain transaction in SAP to ensure inventory accuracy. * Maintaining inventory data, cycle counts, MRB transactions and general material support for production team. * Support cross functional business teams Including, Research, NPI, Service, PM, or Quality. * Responsible for the proper Routing and delivery of material to the correct people and/or locations * Determining reasons and make corrections for any system inaccuracies. Qualifications Education & Experience * High School graduate degree * Some college education a plus. * Skilled experience using ERP systems, (experience with SAP is a significant plus). * 2-4-years working in a manufacturing team environment * Materials Management experience a significant plus. Knowledge, Skills & Attributes * Math skills including percentages, fractions, multiplication and division. * Ability to communicate status and issues effectively, both verbally and digitally using email programs, ERP systems or other tools (excel). * Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and interact effectively in a team environment. * Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure efficient operation of duties. * Ability to create reports using word, excel, chart, V-look up.
