Administrative Business Partner III

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, plan events and schedule facilities and equipment).
Coordinate teams and space/facilities requests across multiple offices
Plan and manage traveling team events large and small
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing workflow, including but not limited to leading small projects, planning team offsites, overseeing workspaces, and organizing larger events in conjunction with other Administrative Business Partners.
Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion. Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency. Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
Nice to have:
Very comfortable with the GSuite (calendaring, reporting, creating forms, and sheets) and Concur (travel and expenses)
Has experience with internal event processes and policies
Comfortable working with execs and cross-functional partners
