Position Overview:

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills and will play a crucial role in shaping the operational framework of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with owners to develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems

Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments

Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Healthcare experience strongly desired
