Job Overview This internship opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship for an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a relevant field of study. The position will give insight into operations across both Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.

This role will be heavily administrative with an emphasis on data migration (Information Technology/Software Engineering) This is on onsite position in East Windsor New Jersey reporting into the Associate Vice President, Regulatory Affairs. Responsibilities Responsible for successful transfer of all the previous / past data of Eugia products complaints from a shared services drive to the Eugia Compliance Drive.

Responsible for checking and confirming the transfer of all data/information from an administrative and completeness point of view. Responsible for updating the data transfer process to department head on a daily basis. Assist in the migration of data files from one system to another, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Develop, maintain, and manage database systems, specifically MySQL. Write, test, and maintain SQL queries to manage data effectively. Support the IT team in data management tasks, including data entry, data cleaning, and data validation.

Document data management processes and provide regular updates on the status of data migration projects. Troubleshoot database or data transfer related issues and work with senior team members to resolve them. Qualifications - Skills & Requirements Knowledge of data management principles and practices. Experience with programming languages such as SQL.

Understanding of database systems, specifically MySQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Education & Experience Must be currently pursuing a BS degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, etc.) Physical Requirements OFFICE POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: • Stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work • Light to moderate lifting is required • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time Sedentary work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.

Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
