Job Summary:
The Administrative Associate is responsible for facilitating positive client interaction as well as providing support for all internal colleagues by handling a wide variety of office related duties efficiently and professionally while meeting company service standards for quality. This position is also responsible for carrying the organization's reputation and professional manner of conducting business into dealing with customers, carriers and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
Mail Process: Open, sort, scan, route and index incoming mail. Prepare and post outgoing mail.
Manage general email Inbox by routing to
Maintain and update daily, the General Public Calendar for the availability of colleagues to receive inbound calls.
Organize, maintain and order relevant office supplies for entire office use.
Gather and process insurance related data and documents for various departments as assigned.
Maintain all office administrative equipment.
Office management duties as assigned.
Coordinate on-site meetings including conference set up.
File data and perform other routine administrative tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed.
Special projects to support the platform.
Communicate verbally and in writing between customers/vendors/visitors/and relevant staff. Interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, verbal and/or written instructions.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and the general public.
Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
Use high degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information.
Perform related duties as assigned.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with co-workers, managers and public.
Ability to operate standard office equipment including but not limited to computers, variety of software, copiers, scanners, calculators and facsimile machines.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details:
Hourly: $19 - $22
