Job Description US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED LI-LB1 Be part of the excitement and join our Engineering Science and Analysis (ESA) Administrative team This role is expected to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Software Ground Systems (SGS) Engineering area of ESA. The selected candidate will provide a full range of administrative work assignments for our team.

We are looking for an ambitious Administrative Associate who is driven, highly organized, levelheaded, professionally mature and an effective communicator and comfortable interacting with all levels of management. The Engineering, Science and Analysis (ESA) Strategic Capabilities Unit comprises the technical talent and organizational leadership that enables the successful delivery of high-impact discriminating technologies for our customers missions. What You ll Do: Perform a wide variety of general administrative tasks. Schedule, plan and facilitate meetings, teleconferences, and videoconferences.

Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports. Coordinate office supply needs, order hardware, and maintain a purchase card account. Process new hire and termination move orders.

Enter ITS and Facilities help desk tickets. Arrange catering and plan for other employee events or internal meetings. May file and retrieve records, folders, or other materials.

May perform computer data entry, retrieval, word processing, and prepare presentation materials. Operate other computer software programs and various other types of office equipment. Represent organizational unit in working with administrative policies and procedures.

Learn and become proficient in enterprise systems, rules and procedures. Work with sensitive and confidential information. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Perform other duties as necessary.

On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site four days (Monday Thursday) each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor. Hourly Rate: $20.19 - $26.63 Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of related experience.

Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor s or Master s, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. Extensive computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Applications) and high-level administrative skills.

Ability to work with considerable independence and as part of the team. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments concurrently. Demonstrated decision making based on knowledge of organization policies and procedures, and the Director's requirements.

Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning sensitive information. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $39820.000 - $63690.000 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
