Position Information

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience.

Position Summary

This position provides administrative support to the AU/UGA Medical Partnership Office of the Dean and assists with special projects and initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

  • Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office programs.

  • Ability to develop effective and positive working relationships.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Standard office environment with majority of work at a desk/computer.

Duties/Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the Office of the Dean and assist with special projects and initiatives. This includes but is not limited to working closely with Office of the Dean colleagues as well as special project leads and committees, responding to and resolving inquiries, scheduling meetings and sending calendar invitations, preparing and distributing meeting minutes and materials, etc.
