Stanford, Stanford, CA - 94305 USA Work Schedule: On-site Pay rate: $41.80-$44 Processing expense and travel reimbursements, providing administrative assistance to approximately 4 faculty members and their labs. Complete purchase orders and scheduling meetings.

Student Appointments GFS entries for all postdocs as salary increase 9/1 (entered by 9/15) Reappointment of RA/TA's for Fall Quarter 10/1 Maintain GFS records Student J-1 Visa's (currently need to process for a VSR) Appointing New Postdocs (Possibly a student from Rivas lab) Maintain student insurance Reappointments of Postdocs Appoint VSR's 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Onsite/hybrid (TBD how often) About Maxonic: Since 2002 Maxonic has been at the forefront of connecting candidate strengths to client challenges.
