Complete invoicing for shipments of product out of the Algona Plant
Performs full administrative duties for the plant manager, plant superintendent and all supervisors.
Enters purchase requisitions in order to generate order for sanitation, office, QC and miscellaneous supples.
Determines proper coding for Travel and P-card charges
Performs partial vacation relief duties for office non-exempt personnel
Completes miscellaneous duties
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to learn computer applications (Microsoft office, ADP, Oracle, Outlook, Interplex, AS400, Mainframe, AM11 and Markview)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates problem solving and organizational skills
Experience with personal computers, Microsoft Office and Bilingual (English/Spanish)
