In these positions, candidates will serve as a technical resource who are responsible for daily monitoring of healthcare documents and computer systems. Candidates in these positions will be providing the opportunity to ensure correct information on coding and communicating with company employees.   • Conducts outreach calls to doctors

  • Re-reviewing medical charts to ensure accuracy

  • Taking several steps to process patient?s charts, including notifying doctors

  • Combining research steps and verification review of documents

  • Undergo the following step by step training ? Stage ?0? ? You will be responsible for combining PDF documents per customer. Customers can have several documents in their file and these need to be consolidated. You will review documents and make updates into the internal system. Combing each packet takes about 5 minutes ? you can listen to music during this stage. ? Stage ?1? ? You will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to clinics and hospitals to confirm that the provider (doctor) is still working at the specific location. You will confirm fax number and other contact information and update internal system. This can also be completed with as easy as a google search. ? Stage ?2? ? You will be responsible for reading through notes, reviewing documentation for completeness, and uploading the documents into the internal fax system for documents to be sent to the doctors for review. ? Stage ?3? ? You will be responsible for following up with doctors and providers to ensure that they have received the documentation sent by Stage 2. ? Stage ?4? ? You will be responsible for reviewing completed faxes sent back from the doctors and providers. Review for completeness and identify any errors. After review, you will save it within internal system. Responsibilities of this role include handling confidential material, day-to-day workflow including email, calendaring, global travel arrangements, expense reports, and covering phones, etc. This person will interact with a broad spectrum of Cargill leaders, their administrative assistants and internal/external contacts. The person in this position must be highly organized, a self-starter with strong initiative, ability to be proactive, strong follow through skills, and will appropriately handle confidential materials. This person will add value as a member of the team through strong administrative, organizational, technical and communication skills. Principal Accountabilities 50% Administrative support – correspondence (mail, e-mail, voice mail), copying, filing, faxing and handling of confidential material. Manage calendars and coordinate schedules. Prepare communications including internal memos, letters, and presentations. Handle incoming phone calls, messages and coordinate conference calls, etc. 20% Make travel arrangements (domestic and international), arrange for visas, handle expense reports. 20% Meeting coordination and logistics. Plan meeting events including meals, space, audio/visual needs, etc. 10% Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required including facility planning and office moves.
