The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Residential Options agency with departmental functions which will ensure quality and efficiency of services for persons with disabilities.
1.Client Relations Promote a culture that advances the Companys mission to provide work opportunities to individuals with disabilities and disadvantages. Display and promote Company values. Ensure a high rate of client and staff satisfaction.
2.Reporting Capture key business indicators by developing and implementing systems to collect, analyze, and report on information. Prepare and develop a records management system; maintain and recommend changes to records system when appropriate.
3.System Administration Manage all aspects of the configuration and operation of the RO computer systems. Provide technical support for issues RO users encounter. Monitor the Quantum system daily and respond immediately to usability concerns. Update your knowledge of hardware and software trends and advancements.
4.Quality Assurance Complete QA of records.
5.Administrative Support Maintain office supplies and submit orders as needed. Troubleshoot operation of office equipment; order maintenance when needed. Assist with mailings, presentations, correspondence or other departmental needs.
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
2+ years experience working with individuals with disabilities; experience working with electronic documentation systems and service preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
