Position SummaryRocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado's largest and most comprehensive provider of cancer care has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our executive team in Greenwood Village, CO.
Under general supervision, provides administrative support for the Executive Director and other operational management staff. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
This Administrative Assistant role will involve initiative, diplomacy, agility, discretion and judgment in performing daily job duties and responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Screen callers, arrange meetings, manage office mail/email/facsimiles and other correspondence and ensure correspondence is accurate, complete and properly handled
Make travel arrangements
Prepare and reconcile expense reports
Submit catering requests, order office supplies and maintain office equipment
Make arrangements for on-site and off-site meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and video conferences.
Perform other duties as assigned
High level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent oral and written communication
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
Proven track record demonstrating ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the company
A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines

POSITION REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred. Minimum five years of office administration. Previous experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.
