Pediatric Nephrology and Hypertension is excited to add to our Front Office Team. We are searching for a candidate to fill a Full Time Administrative Assistant position who's focus will be supporting our Division Chief along with physicians and leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communications well, and likes working in a positive team culture.
What You Will Be Doing:
Maintain provider calendars and provide support to physicians
Physician recruitment support
Navigation and support for visitors, students, and other physicians when arriving to office
Manage work with basic guidance and direction.
Address basic administrative and technical issues when they arise.
Answer the phone and exhibit proper phone etiquette at all times and taking care of patient needs.
What You Will Need:
A High School Diploma/GED.
0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
Basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
IU Health will be using a Phone Interviewing Software (Qualifi) to send out phone screening interviews for this position. Please be sure to indicate on your prescreening questionnaire if you will need accommodation to complete the phone screening (i.e. deaf/hard of hearing, visual impartment etc.)
