Administrative Assistant: seeking a full-time administrative assistant to support the University Cancer Specialists' leadership team with office functions at our busy oncology group.

Responsibilities:
Oversees CME travel arrangements, expenses, and reimbursements for physicians and advanced practice practitioners (APPs).
Effectively schedules and maintains intricate calendars for appointments, meetings, interviews, meeting locations, virtual meeting links, conferences, and ordering food.
Assists with tracking physician and APP time off.
Submits documentation for reimbursements for all physicians, APPs, and team members.
Serves as main point of contact for MD and APP candidates during the interview and onboarding process.
Perform technical and administrative tasks, including processing mail, preparing materials for meetings, coordinating events, and maintaining file inventory.
Retrieve and submit needed physician and APP information for medical staff re-credentialing.
Maintain hard copy and electronic files for easy retrieval, ensuring confidentiality.
Proactively procure supplies, equipment, and other items as required.
Demonstrate knowledge and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, especially HIPAA guidelines for privacy.
Demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Moderate to Advanced knowledge of computers, office equipment, and business office procedures.
Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Team player with effective written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and achieve goals independently.
Initiative-taking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
