We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

We train you to be the best, but there are a few minimum requirements for this position:

  • High School Diploma/GED required. College degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in secretarial roles

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Attention to detail.

  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

Here are a few of the job duties:

  • Performs general secretarial duties for the administrative staff, including correspondences, reports, copying, mailing, faxing, etc.

  • Coordinates computer service requests

  • Distributes mail to appropriate individuals

  • Responsible for scheduling of all hospital meetings and preparation of the monthly calendar.

  • Order office supplies

  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

The Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for the Company and is responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties. This is position is from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Position Expectations and Responsibilities: * Welcomes and directs visitors and clients. * Answers and transfers phone calls after careful screening to ensure each call is transferred to the correct department. * Communicates in a professional manner with all managers, employees, vendors and clients of NaphCare. * Provides excellent customer service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. * Perform various clerical and administrative functions, including, but not limited to receiving/sorting mail, receiving deliveries and sorting/mailing checks. * Promotes, supports, and adheres to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook. * Seeks resources for direction, when necessary. * Performs all other related functions and duties as required. Position Requirements: * Associate's degree preferred. * Basic computer skills. * Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management and an ability to manage multiple tasks. * Ability to take initiative with projects to work both independently and as a team member. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
