Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

We train you to be the best, but there are a few minimum requirements for this position:
High School Diploma/GED required. College degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in secretarial roles
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, and Excel
Attention to detail.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Here are a few of the job duties:
Performs general secretarial duties for the administrative staff, including correspondences, reports, copying, mailing, faxing, etc.
Coordinates computer service requests
Distributes mail to appropriate individuals
Responsible for scheduling of all hospital meetings and preparation of the monthly calendar.
Order office supplies
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
