The primary purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to provide day-to-day office administration, communications, and general phone support for TSR customers.
The Administrative Assistant will have key responsibilities in two primary areas; Office Administration and Customer Support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with, and continue to grow in both.
TSR Inc.s corporate office is located at W67N250 Evergreen Blvd, Cedarburg, Wisconsin. The Administrative Assistant will be physically located in the corporate office suite and reports directly to the Director of Operations. Travel will be limited except for events that relate to the continued development of skills for the position and to fulfill on certain customer and/or office requests or requirements.
The Administrative Assistant must have a high degree of familiarity and strong experience level with general office management, and specifically the responsibilities associated with being the first voice of TSR when customers call the company. Strong communications skills with Customers and TSR staff a must. Ideal candidate would also be thorough and detail orientated. The position also requires a strong background in working with software applications (ex. Service ticketing systems, accounting software, etc.)
On a daily basis, the Administrative Assistant will answer phones, respond to client requests for assistance and provide communications across the organization on customer needs, issues and company events, as well as process some TSR accounting documents.
On a broader basis, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for helping executive management identify means to streamline processes that will result in improved service levels for TSR clients, when applicable.
The Administrative Assistant will work and communicate with the executive team members, office personnel, sales, marketing, technical services, administration and support personnel as required.
The Administrative Assistant will engage with clients, external
vendors/providers for required office services (e.g. copier, equipment service)
and any other necessary external relationships that provide TSR with business
2 - 4 years experience in an administrative or office management role, with small and medium profile businesses
Exceptional communicator, specifically as it relates to the handling and management of incoming customer communications, information deployment to employees, and general office management
Consistently acts with a sense of urgency, accuracy and follow-through and multi-tasking ability
Strong experience in the following functions: office supply management and general accounting practices, including collection
Ability to gain and understand technical knowledge and general PC capabilities
Recognized in a past role for exceptional overall performance as a highly positive and valuable contributor to an
