Apply today to be a part of our great team Tri Pointe Homes Inland Empire is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as an Administrative Assistant. Position Highlights: The purpose of this position is to welcome guests and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Position Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Assist callers with general questions and identifying correct departments or individuals.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable Receives, sorts, and delivers mail including certified mail and registered packages (FedEx, UPS, USPS) Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Tidy and maintain the lobby and conference rooms; knowledge of how to operate AV equipment. Build and maintain proactive and positive relationships with team members and external vendors. Ensure that office and kitchen supplies areas are clean, sanitized, and stocked throughout the day; assist Office Manager in ordering of supplies, as needed.

Keep an inventory of all items stored and used in day-to-day operations. Provide parking validations to guest. Sorting and distributing mail.

Handle incoming/outgoing deliveries and contacts appropriate recipients. May assist with the ordering and setup of catered meals May collaborate with the Compass committee to assist with setups and breakdown of company events Assist Office Manager with other duties as requested. Position Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of prior administrative/front desk experience required in a fast-paced office Professional appearance and demeanor Able to use office equipment, computer, scanner, fax, and phone system Must be well organized and a self-starter Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to work with a sense of pride and urgency and to adapt and be flexible as priorities change. Strong ability to multitask Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $21.01-29.95 per hour, equivalent to $43,700-62,300 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus.

Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company's applicable incentive plan document.
