SUMMARY/SCOPE:

The full-time Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that the internal functions of the office are operating smoothly and effectively. This employee is responsible for assisting in the daily and special functions of the office as it relates to the community and Hardin-Simmons University.

The position is responsible for assisting the Dean and other faculty members of the Department of Art, Department of Communication, School of Music, and Department of Theatre in providing quality service to other faculty, staff, students, parents, alumni, and visitors by competently and professionally performing the duties described below.
