Under general supervision, provides administrative support for Sabre's Airline Solutions Business Unit. This role will report to the Executive Vice President of Airline Solutions who reports directly to the President, Travel Solutions. Activities include calendar management, coordinating international travel itineraries, travel and expense management, compiling presentation materials, office supply maintenance and handling additional projects/requests. Additionally, keeping the EVP of Airline Solutions apprised of any conflicting team deadlines/priorities to ensure all objectives are met, and keeping the EVP of Airline Solutions on time for meetings.
Administrative and project coordination/support for EVP AS and direct reports. This may include completing expense reports, assisting with travel arrangements, taking notes at team meetings and other critical gatherings, scheduling and coordinating high priority meetings.
Work closely with other Executive Assistants across Sabre to manage meetings and interview schedules and other deliverables as needed.
Prepare and track expense documentation to include purchase requisitions and expenses.
Handle or assist in preparation for off-site meeting and/or conferences.
Management of staff meetings organization, agenda planning, documentation.
Serve as a confidential employee with regards to all matters of business and the ability to maintain integrity of confidential information.
Flexible and adaptable to changing activities and workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to take the initiative, to work independently and with groups, and to follow directions and/or take project lead on complex tasks.
Exercise good judgment with courtesy, tact, and discretion and in the disposition of problems.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees at all levels.
EDUCATION: HS diploma/GED or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience, with 3 years supporting at the SVP level or above.
Experience supporting an executive with global responsibilities and employees is strongly preferred.
