Founded in 2014 we are a hip clothing line company that specializes in the art of made-to-order dye-sublimation, also known as all-over-printing, which enables print and design of any colors across the entirety of a product; essentially limitless! By printing on a made-to-order basis, we save money on inventory and storage, and is 100% green with zero waste.
What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting the CEO with execution of business objectives

  • Perform receptionist duties, including meal arrangements, travel, greeting and escorting visitors, opening procedures

  • Schedule meetings and partnership arrangements

  • Compete daily maintenance and upkeep of office areas and supplies

  • Coordinate issues arising out of day-to-day operations

  • Manage personal appointments as necessary
    What You Need for this Position

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative/executive assistant experience

  • Familiarity with existing communication technology and willingness to adapt to new technology on a rolling basis

  • Proven ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and G Suite applications

  • Demonstrated ability to turn around projects with detail and accuracy

  • Experience with booking travel, managing multiple calendars,

  • Able to work quickly, efficiently, and independently

  • Equally skilled at taking direction and working autonomously

  • Strong organization and communication skills

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Job Summary Under the direction of the Revenue Manager and/or supervisor, the Biller/Authorization Representative will work independently to resolve billing related issues in APeX (Epic) in order to help maximize payer reimbursement and RVU charge capture. He/she must have basic understanding of healthcare terminology, processes and work flow and healthcare billing/authorizations in order to make good decisions and resolve account issues. The incumbent should also have outstanding people skills, including telephone technique, professional appearance, organizational skills, and communication skills (oral and written). This position will be responsible for performing detailed review of medical record documentation to answer billing/authorization level questions and will be responsible for working assigned authorization and billing work queues (WQs) on a daily basis to assist in keeping the denials at a minimum. He/she must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well with all levels of staff including faculty, management and coworkers both within and outside of the unit. This position requires attendance and completion of UCSF on-line and in class courses including but not limited to HB/PB APeX, basic insurance concepts and collecting patient Information training. Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent experience * Previous authorizations/billing experience in a large academic hospital or in a large healthcare institution * The flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and/or experience working with HMO, Commercial, Medicare, Medi-Cal and Workers compensation insurance in the healthcare billing/authorization environment * Epic experience Licensure/Certification * N/A Living Pride Standards Service Excellence * Demonstrates service excellence by following the Everyday PRIDE Guide with the UCSF Medical Center standards and expectations for communication and behavior.
