We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Administrative Assistant to support a leadership team within our Payments Chief Risk Office (CRO). This position will provide a broad variety of administrative and staff support services. The role will allow for interaction with key internal and external stakeholders. The role is fast paced and full of challenge and will enable an individual to have exposure to many areas of our organization.

Developing and updating complex Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents.
Managing busy calendars including coordinating complex meetings for executive and senior leaders, accepting meetings and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts, and reserving conference rooms and dialing-in according to location.
Preparing meeting materials including assisting with the creation of presentations, handouts and other related materials as well as printing, binding and collating of materials for executive meetings.
Driving efficiency and effectiveness for the team and/or senior leaders to whom you are reporting.
Exhibiting outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all levels of the organization to meet goals and to develop strong working relationships with internal and external individuals.
Focusing on details without losing sight of the overall vision, including monitoring and quality checking work and information for accuracy and quality.
Setting priorities, handling multiple tasks independently, organizing time effectively, conducting research and identifying resources for projects.
Providing small-scale project management support as needed.
This position is located downtown Charlotte (near the Spectrum Center).
High school diploma or equivalent
Four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Excellent written, grammatical, spelling, verbal, and interpersonal communication, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
A strong accuracy and detail orientation
PC proficiency using a variety of software packages and systems including Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in a Windows based environment
Must be well organized, possess outstanding administrative skills and be able to interface with all levels of management
Must be self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities, anticipate needs, manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously and independently with limited direct supervision
Must be able to proactively manage the work of high-volume, fast-paced senior leaders
Excellent interpersonal, grammatical, spelling, verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Discretion and confidentiality is a must
