Overview

This position will work out of our home office in Homosassa FL. TMC is in it's 30th year as a national therapy provider across the U.S. We are looking for a dynamic individual with extensive administrative assistant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Organize programs, events, meetings, or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budgets
  • This role will require travel
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Close coordination and support with the Vice president to manage meetings, calendars, and priority commitments
  • Prepare electronic communications as needed
  • Strong computer proficiency including Office Suite.
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work and solve problems independently.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines within a team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail oriented
  • Maintain confidentiality.
