Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our sales executive.

What you will do:

  • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions

  • Schedule meetings and special events, such as all hands, off-sites, luncheons, interview schedules, social events, team building, etc.

  • Manage the Executive Briefing Center which includes scheduling, preparing the room, coordinating catering and clean-up

  • Coordinate travel arrangements

  • General office duties as needed

What you will bring:

  • 1+ years of experience providing administrative support, such as travel coordination, events management, customer service, and action item follow through

  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as analytical skills, specifically related to time management, budgets and projects

  • Demonstrate ability to be proactive, take initiative, exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks while having a sense of urgency

  • Understand and meet deadlines and time sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment

  • High degree of accuracy and confidence in seeking input to ensure alignment of deliveries

  • Maintain confidentiality and acts with discretion with a high degree of maturity/professionalism with senior leadership

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced fluid environment
