Responsibilities will include:Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Performs a variety of record keeping, reporting, and informational duties in support of the offices programs.
  • Performs work related to gathering, acquiring, and developing resource materials and other information to support the law enforcement, security, compliance, and or inspection programs.
  • Updates manuals on policies, directives, and memoranda.
  • Prepares a variety of technical presentations, performs basic analysis of security and program financial information.
  • Ability to create, monitor, and maintain Excel spreadsheets used in the analysis of financial and budgetary information pertaining to FPS contracts and contractor payments.
  • Monitors, coordinates and maintains a variety of records. Extracts information, enters it into databases, manipulates it to determine if trends or patterns exist, and generates various management reports used in decision making.
  • May assist users in the organization with software, hardware, and automation problems.
  • Performs other office automation work, solely or in combination with clerical or technical work performed as part of the general office support duties.
  • Maintains suspense date for replies and follows up on various routine and specifically assigned analysis and/or reports.
  • Basic analysis of security data, and creation of multiple sensitive security documents for management.
  • Review invoices, verify information and ensure sufficient funds have been obligated for payment of invoices on multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Assist the appropriate CORs or organization with the responsibility for initiating, estimating, collecting, processing orders, monitoring, reconciling, and closing Security Work Authorizations.
  • Assists the Regional Financial Analyst and/or Branch Chiefs in the analysis of the Regions revenue and expenditures related to the various funding sources to include but not limited to guard services and contracts and submission documentation to the Consolidated Contract Team (CCG) within appropriate deadlines.
  • Assists with contract and obligation closeout process per agency standard operating procedures.
  • Assists CORs in the creation/preparation/submission of required agency documentation.
  • Assist FPS Management with the monthly, quarterly, and/or annual financial submission, execution, reconciliation and close-out of yearly appropriations based on developing and standard practices.
Minimum Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • High School Degree or Equivalent.
  • Active Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Three (3) years of administrative experience in an office setting, preferably within a Government agency or Contractor.
  • Three (3) years of demonstrated experience with Microsoft Window based computer operating systems and Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Outlook email system, as well as Scanners, Printers and Copiers.
  • Three (3) years of demonstrated experience communicating effectively (both written and verbal) with the ability to prepare and deliver group/executive presentations.
  • Three (3) years of working independently to meet planned and unscheduled deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Three (3) years of experience working in a team environment.
  • COVID-19 vaccination unless an approved medical or religious exemption is granted.

VIEW JOBS 11/30/2022 12:00:00 AM 2023-02-28T00:00 <p>I am looking for a responsible administrative assistant, preferably local, so that we can have a face-to-face meetings weekly.</p><p>The following list describes the daily tasks for this position.<br></p><h3>Responsibilities<br></h3><h3>You will be searching for leadership and executive job positions on job boards, and must be familiar with navigating LinkedIn, indeed, and ZipRecruiter.The CEO will give you the appropriate instructions and criteria.</h3><p><br>You will be submitting resumes and filling out applications for these positions.<br></p><p>You will be submitting applications, and the appropriate documents that the CEO will provide to the Investor Community. Next line sending emails out to a database and scheduling meetings with the Netwerk and the CEO.</p><p>Managing an appointment calendar.</p><p>Scheduling follow up emails and phone calls.</p><p>Must have excellent verbal communication skills.</p><p>Must work with an iPhone and iOS devices, preferably an iPad.</p><p>Is comfortable with receiving verbal directives and instructions. Next line must be articulate and have a professional phone voice. Preferably has PowerPoint and adobe illustrator applications and is experienced with creating simple PowerPoint slide decks. Next line will be designing and ordering business cards.</p><p>Must have the ability to prioritize work and shift priorities mid day if needed.</p><p>Must be available 20 hours per week.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>The ability to receive in follow verbal instructions.
