Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls

  • Prepping time sheets for payroll and billing

  • Enter payroll and billing into JD Edwards

  • Maintaining accurate employee files

  • Assisting the Office Manager with the recruiting and onboarding process

  • Maintaining inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Working with Office Manager and other team members to provide quality and timely service

  • Provide quality administrative support, including producing and maintaining letters, invoicing, spreadsheets, reports and other support as needed

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes

  • J.D. Edwards experience preferred but not required

  • Recruiting and/or Human Resources experience a plus

  • Demonstrated experience in office environment dealing with public and/or customers

Wage Rate: $13.00/ hour - 15 hours per week

This position meets and exceeds performance standards and metrics relating to timely completion of paperwork, AR and POS management and minimal service issues while contributing to the goal of installing 100% of backlog representing specific product line(s) within an assigned branch(s). MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 50% - Reviewing paperwork for accuracy, working with customers to collect payment and communicating with customers about the status of their project, scheduling measures, installations and services as needed. 50% - Managing databases related to selling and installing jobs, including but not limited to data entry, placing material orders, processing labor billing for all subcontractors, maintaining notes and ensuring accuracy of information. NATURE AND SCOPE This position reports to Installation Manager. This position has 0 direct reports. ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
