At Tahiti Resort & Club de Soleil we are looking for energetic, professional team player with excellent communications skills. Positive attitude to deliver great customer experience and support our mission to create memorable experiences for our guests.
ROLE
This position would support of all resort operations and take on select administrative tasks; allowing leadership more time to execute their roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for aiding select departments with payables including invoice processing and checkbook data entry.
Responsible for Third party Extranet & Owner/Exchange reservation communications including special requests, arrival/departure updates and general guest inquires.
Assist FD Leadership with scrubbing reservations for pre-paid deposits validating CC's and cancellations as needed.
Aide Operation Managers with Amazon invoice reconciliation
Assist as needed with FD coverage, reservations and telephone call overflow.
Help FD Manager with Long Term high and overdue balance reconciliation reports.
Maintain a flexible work schedule based on business needs.
Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction with owners and guests.
Ensure all interaction with guests, owners and associates with our Yes& family of companies is done so in a positive, friendly manner.
Resolution based service.
Any task as assigned by the Resort Leadership team.

Requirements
High school or equivalent education required
Prior front desk or hotel guest service experience strongly preferred. 1-2 years prior customer service experience required.
Extensive experience with computers and telephones.
Professional appearance that is clean, natural, polished, and professional
Effective communication skills and proficient oral and written English language skills
Excellent computer skills
Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
