Our Administrative Assistants#are required to: Have completed related education at an accredited college or technical school#and have 2 years of work experience, or have 4 years of work experience in a related position; Maintain confidentiality of assignments and work well under pressure of deadlines; Exhibit flexibility in work schedules and the ability to multitask#for several individuals; Be able to effectively interact with all levels of management and staff; Be proficient with HR systems,#PC and Microsoft Office applications, and other programs, i.e. database, reporting, work order, etc., as applicable.# Business Office Manager experience or Accounting and Finance experience#is preferred.
