Sugar Hollow Solar is looking for a talented individual who is highly organized, collaborates well with others, and shares a passion for the environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for creating and maintain a pleasant office work environment ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Essential Functions

  1. Design and maintain filing systems for electronic and physical files
  2. Process and route voicemails and general emails
  3. Answer phones and route calls
  4. Act as first contact for customers and provide general support to visitors
  5. Serve as the point person for office maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, errands, and shopping
  6. Maintain inventory and purchase company gear, office supplies, software and equipment
  7. Receive and sort mail to proper departments/managers
  8. Maintain status as a Notary Public
  9. Manage office vendor accounts and relationships
  10. Develop and enforce protocols for office cleanliness, trash, recycling, etc.
  11. Process and qualify leads by speaking to the customers to collect information and validate home specifications
  12. Schedule initial appointments for sales reps and potential customers
  13. Create and send invoices
  14. Review AR aging summary weekly and follow up on overdue invoices
  15. Assist with job estimates
  16. Route and assign service task to Service Department
  17. Manage vehicle fleet by recording and scheduling maintenance
  18. Work with the sales or operations team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects

Requirements

  1. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  2. Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of multi-line/cloud-based phone systems
  3. Excellent customer service skills
  4. Basic bookkeeping skills and familiarity with bookkeeping software (Quickbooks)
  5. Extensive experience in Microsoft Suite, G Suite
  6. Enviornmental awarness

The Technical Engineering Support Teams are responsible for the completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsible for the daily setup and maintenance of production equipment and processes. This equipment includes resistance welders, potting equipment, solder equipment, and tools and fixtures related to the assembly of electromechanical relays. Must have a good understanding of resistance welding as well as a good dexterity and mechanical inclination. The setup technician must also be able to troubleshoot issues and drive to a root cause. Must be flexible and adaptive to a changing work environment and be able to pivot to the highest priority. The employee filling this position must be a self-starter that requires minimal supervision. Good time management and prioritization skills are highly desirable. The setup technician is part of a team and will require good teamwork and communication skills. DUTIES: 1. Read setup instructions and setup equipment so that it can be used by production employees. After a setup the equipment should require minimal adjustment to maintain production throughput. 2. On a daily basis, maintain various potting equipment so that the equipment will run efficiently and without downtime. 3. Suggest innovative improvements to tools and fixtures. Consult with drafting and design on any tool or fixture improvement that may be necessary. 4. Help to investigate any production issues and aide in determining the root cause as well as aide in the implementation of a robust corrective action. 5. Communicates needs to management so that the proper support can be given. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee. High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 2 Yr. Technical Degree in mechanical discipline preferred At least 5 years in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated success Sense of urgency combined with strong attention to detail as well as the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and react quickly to changing priorities, Flexibility and willingness to change as business conditions require is a must.
