Job Description

The Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle, Dismantler and Manufactured Housing Commission, the state licensing agency for used motor vehicle dealers, automotive dismantlers and the manufactured home industry in the state of Oklahoma, seeks a full time Administrative Assistant.

Job Duties

This position requires having the knowledge of modern office equipment such as a copier, printer, scanner, multi line phone system, and computer. The job requirements include assisting walk-in customers, answering phones and emails, data entry, filing, opening and distributing mail, auditing files, and other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

A successful candidate will have good oral and written communication skills and be a team player. A college degree is not required but educational attainment or appropriate experience may be given preference.

Salary and Benefits

Our compensation package includes competitive salary corresponding with your education and experience. Entry-level salaries range begins at $35,000 annually.

Full time employees are eligible for our benefits package which includes enrollment in the state's Defined Contribution Plan, and a 457 Plan. In addition, we offer generous benefit allowances to help cover insurance premiums, longevity bonus for years of service, and 11 paid holidays.
