As the Admin Assistant 3 supporting either our Waste or Water program, we will rely on you for administrative support to our Program Manager and the program. Your duties include: perform basic research and special projects; coordinate travel plans and process claims; process mail; filing; schedule meetings; respond to file requests; respond to customer inquiries; create and maintain standard work.

Ideal candidate will possess:
Three years responsible administrative experience; OR Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration and two years responsible administrative experience; OR Master's degree and one year responsible administrative experience
Skill in oral and written communication; ability to plan, analyze, coordinate activities and establish priorities; develop effective operating procedures. Excellent time management skills required
Knowledge of the principles and practices of administration and management; agency or program rules, regulations and operating procedures
Driver's license required - possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver's license. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver's license record checks. Must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driver training
