The Role: Administrative Assistant
The Location: 55 Water Street, New York
The Impact: Administrative support essential to the mission of the organization and the day to day operation of the President and CEO's office.
Receives, screens, and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email while exercising a high level of discretion in managing the confidential and sensitive nature of communications.
Back up to assistants in the CEO's Office
Assist with reviewing travel itineraries and meeting agendas
Update and maintain the database of key influencers and business contacts
Reserve events room and library in the executive suite
Create, manage and maintain filing system
Manage Operating Committee shared calendar and export data for the creation of the OpCo City Tracker
Manage and revise CEO Planning Calendar
Oversee ordering and maintenance of office supplies
Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
A High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Associate's Degree is preferred.
At least 2+ years administrative experience in a professional environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
Must have excellent time management & activity prioritization skills.
Strong oral & written communication skills are required.
Experience coordinating general office workflow activities.
