APCO seeks a full time Administrative Assistant to support and assist the Sales Support Manager, Customer Service Supervisor and Sales Support team.
Necessary Skills and Training:
Ability to represent the company in a professional and diplomatic manner to a varied group of people, including fellow employees, customers, vendors, designers and prospects

College degree or equivalent experience.
Math skills: fractions, decimals, measurement, basic calculations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with reviewing construction data, including reading plans and specifications
Knowledge of FileMaker and Illustrator a plus
Familiarity and ability to work with laser printers, photocopier, fax machine and other office equipment needed.
