A patent law firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have strong document production skills, excellent customer service, a calm demeanor, and an independent, self-starter attitude. The candidate must be easily approachable, motivated, and organized. Law firm experience is a highly advantageous plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook are strongly preferred.
? Assist attorneys with the preparation and collection of correspondence and documentation necessary. ? Process, edit, proofread, and distribute legal agreements and documents. ? Organize, assemble, and distribute electronic and paper closing sets. ? Prepare and edit presentations and other tasks related to attorney marketing initiatives. ? Assist with administrative tasks as requested including preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, answering phones, and scheduling events when required. ? Use Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook as well as other document storage and management systems to organize, schedule, and complete required projects and tasks. Qualifications:
Remarkable attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bilingual fluency is a huge plus, but not required.
Relevant legal experience will be considered and preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills.
