Duties:

  • Print and organize prospective and active project plans and specification information

  • Provide support gathering and providing information for prospective project bids

  • Serve as a point of contact for outside vendors and contractors

  • Create and maintain important database spreadsheets

  • Cross training in AP and Payroll duties

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)

  • Excellent communication skills over phone and email

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects

  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency when working on time sensitive projects

  • Able to work with limited supervision

  • Good listener who is able to adapt and can follow direction

  • Must possess a valid driver's license
